Group5:Jaime-Animalia(Reptile)

Reptiles
-vertebrate
-breathe using lungs
-cold blooded
-skin covered in horny epidermis
    -making it watertight
    -enabling reptiles to live on dry land
-skin is rather thin
    -lacks thick dermal layer that produces leather in mammals
-tough and scaly skin
-lay amniotic eggs

Examples:
-snakes
-lizard
-crocodiles

  1. Reptiles are vertebrates, not invertebrates as they have a backbone and internal skeleton and lays leathery eggs on land.
